What is a GLAMBOX?

A GLAMBOX is a monthly jewelry subscription box full of pieces handpicked by our stylist and your favorite Fashion Gurus.

I cant log into my account?

We do not currently have a login portal for our subscription service. You are probably trying to sign into our SHOP. Unfortunately, those two systems are not currently linked together. For questions about your GlamBox, pelase contact us at glambox@glamfab2x2.com.

What does it mean to sign up month to month, 3- months, or 6-months?

The GlamBox:

If you choose month-to month subscription: you will be billed $29.99 every month.

If you choose 3-month subscription, you will be billed $89.97 up front, and after the 3rd box, you'll be re-billed $89.97 again for another 3-month subscription.

If you choose 6-month subscription, you will be billed $155.94 up front, and after the 6rd box, you'll be re-billed $155.94 again for another 6-month subscription.

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED AND RE-BILLED ON THE SAME DAY YOU SUBSCRIBED EVERY MONTH.


The GlamBox Mini Bag:

If you choose the GlamBox Mini Bag you will be billed $19.99 every month.


Whats the difference between the GLAMBOX and GLAMBOX Mini Bag?

The GLAMBOX comes with 3-4 accessories valued from $50-$100, and one free item in your birthday month. The GLAMBOX Mini Bag comes with 2-3 accessories valued form $23-$50, and one extra item in your birthday month.

I just signed up for the GLAMBOX subscription! What will I receive?

Every month, you'll receive a box filled with up to 4 fashion accessories, consisting of, but not limited to, necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, hair accessories, and other accessories that we carry.

When can I expect my first shipment?

Your first GLAMBOX will arrive depending on the date in which you placed your subscription order.

Orders placed BEFORE the 10th of each month will be shipped that same month. Orders placed AFTER the 10th of the month will be shipped out the next month.



Will you tell me what is coming in my box ahead of time? Can I choose?

The best part of the GLAMBOX is the surprise! We prefer to keep this a secret! If you want to get an idea of what you might receive, check out our Inside the Box page on our website for examples of jewelry that could possibly be included in your box.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

For orders shipped within the U.S. there are no extra fees. That means shipping and handling is FREE so you don’t have to feel bad about spoiling yourself. International orders are charged an additional $15.00 for shipping and, Trial subscriptions have a flat rate shipping cost of $5.00.

Is the GLAMBOX available outside the US?

Absolutely! However, there is an additional $15 shipping charge added to your subscription.

Can I request to receive my box before the 15th?

We put alot of time and effort into your GLAMBOX each month. We contact various distributors and often times team up with bloggers, celebrities, and gurus to curate a special box for you. Unfortunately, can not curate a box for you and ship it out before the 15th of the month because this process can not be rushed.

Are there any extra fees?

No, all you pay is your subscription fee. There is no shipping or handling fees for any of the GLAMBOX subscription plans. Please note that in PA sales tax may apply.

If I move, am I able to update my address for my subscription?

Yes! You can update your shipping address by emailing glambox@glamfab2x2.com. Please note that all address changes must be received before the 10th of the month, as we start to ship all of our orders on the 15th.

I still haven’t received my package. Or I shipped my package to the wrong address by mistake. Help!

If you have not received your package, please contact us at glambox@glamfab2x2.com and we will look into the matter.

If your package was unclaimed, returned to us, or shipped to the wrong address (and is still in route), there is a $10 charge to have your GLAMBOX re-shipped or rerouted to your home. Please complete a Shipment Interception form.

If your package was lost or stolen during transit and the address listed on the shipping label is correct, GlamFab2x2 is not responsible for replacing your GLAMBOX.


Am I able to return or exchange a GLAMBOX?

The GLAMBOX cannot be exchanged and are nonrefundable. If you have received a damaged or defective item in your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact us glambox@glamfab2x2.com.

What if I don't like the accessories I receive?

We hope you do! But if you don't, please let us know! And even suggest some jewelry you would like to see in our boxes, send us a picture or a link to glambox@glamfab2x2.com and we might be able to put it in our next month’s box! In the meantime, pass along any accessories you didn’t like to anyone you know might enjoy them! These accessories are fun and make great gifts!

When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership?

When you place your order for any of our monthly subscriptions, you will be billed for your first GLAMBOX immediately. After that, you will be billed on the same day of every month. You will not be charged the second time until you receive your first box.

For 3-month subscriptions we charge your card for the full amount at the time of purchase. After that, we charge your credit card on the same day every month after the last GLAMBOX of the pre-paid subscription has shipped. Your credit card will be charged in full amount again for the same 3-month subscription package you chose.

How do I update my billing?

To update your billing, simply email glambox@glamfab2x2.com and we will update your customer profile in our system.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time before the 10th of the month; however, your first shipment cannot be canceled and is nonrefundable. If your subscription has shipped already, we will be able to cancel it for the next month. To cancel your subscription box, please visit Cancel My Subscription.

Can I change my box at any time?

Absolutely! If you want to switch it up a bit and change styles you can do so by visiting Switch My Style. You can choose to change your style indefinitely or just for the month. If you choose just for the month we will ship it out the same month if it’s before the 10th of that month or next month if it’s after the 10th. Then the following month will go back to your original GLAMBOX.

Can I skip the month?

Yes, you can skip the month at any time, to do so visit Skip The Month. To skip the box for the coming month, you would need to process a skip the month before you are billed, to avoid the charge from going through.

Can I send someone a GLAMBOX?

Sure, simply visit our Gift A Box page to send a GlamBox.

I loved my accessories! Where can I buy more for my friends?

You can buy accessories that you receive in your box in our Shop! Click SHOP at the top of the page, and you will be directed to our online store.

If you received something that is not currently on our site for purchase, please email glambox@glamfab2x2.com, and we will try our best to get some in stock within 48 hours.

I have a business and would love to advertise in your GLAMBOX who can I contact to discuss this?
